Dr. Russell Robinson, Inspirational Hymns
LUNCH SERIES: Dr. Robinson will present his album, Inspirational Hymns, as well as other albums of hymns, religious, and gospel recordings. He will show the process of making multi-track recordings and albums in his home recording studio and will perform some of these live.

The Lunch Series with Dr. Russell Robison: Music in the Sanctuary with Lunch to follow
Dr. Robinson will present his album, Inspirational Hymns, as well as other albums of hymns, religious, and gospel recordings. He will show the process of making multi-track recordings and albums, all performed by him, i.e., vocals, keyboards, strings, brass, and percussion, in his home recording studio. He will also perform some of these live and with his recordings.

Dr. Robinson is Emeritus Professor and Head of Music Education at the University of Florida, where he taught for 32 years, retiring in 2016. He is a published author, composer, and arranger with over 600 titles currently in print with multiple national publishers. Dr. Robinson is a past President of the Florida Music Educators, and the 2016 FMEA Hall of Fame Laureate. He has made over 300 appearances as a speaker, consultant, and conductor, including in the US, Africa, Asia, Europe, and Australia. He has conducted at major venues, including Lincoln Center, Boston's Symphony Hall, and Carnegie Hall where he will conduct for his 6th time on April 29th, 2023.
